3.      Suspension or termination of user account access and group account access to group at any time.


Group Disclaimer

Users can elect to leave the group at any time and still participate in the 100 Missouri Miles Challenge as an individual.

"Groups" are a voluntary feature of 100MissouriMiles.com and are managed by independent users of 100MissouriMiles.com website (referred to as the "Group Owner"). All accounts and related activities associated with the group may be visible by said "Group Owner(s)" and other user accounts associated with the voluntary 100 Missouri Mile Group.

Admittance into a private group is at the sole discretion of the group owner and it not administered by the Governor’s 100 Missouri Miles Challenge.  

A Group Owner has the ability to do the following:

1.      Invite users and confirm and/or deny participation requests from other 100 Missouri Mile users.

2.      Suspend or terminate a users access to a group at any time.

By electing to join a public group, users are agreeing to the following:

  • A user’s first and last initial and county of residence will be publicly visible in any public group(s) they have elected to join;

By electing to join a private group, users are agreeing to the following:

  • A user’s first and last name will be visible to other group members (including the organizer) of any private group(s) they elected to join.
